FINANCE INFORMATION

FINANCIAL AID

Any monies that can be refunded to students from FAFSA are eligible to be used to pay for housing at University Park Place. For those paying with refunds and/or paying per semester are eligible for deferred payments. 


Financial Aid must be released to the student and paid to University park Place via their online Appfolio Resident Portal or by Money Order or Check (cash payment must be discussed with our office before-hand).

ONE TIME FEES

At the time of application, a $39 online processing fee will be charged for your application (and a co-signer if needed). 


Before or at the time of move-in you will pay a $250 move-in fee which is non-refundable. This payment ensures all normal wear and tear to both your bedroom, bathroom, and shared common areas are covered.


Students are encouraged to bring their pets to University Park Place with them! There is a one-time $300 pet fee for non service/ ESA animals.

MONTHLY FEES

There is an optional $115 utility package (per person) in addition to rent that covers all utilities. If one person in the unit has the package, the rest are required to as well.

This package will be on your lease by default.


There is an optional $25 Trash Concierge Fee (per person) in addition to rent that covers 24/7 porch pick up. If one person in the unit has the package, the rest are required to as well.

EARLY TERMINATION FEES

If  a student terminates their lease early, we require a 60 day notice and a $1,000 termination fee due at the time of move-out.
