University Park Place is a 192 bed student housing option located just a 5 minute walk to University Arkansas-Fort Smith, and a 10 minute drive to Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine.
University Park Place currently offers 4 bedroom 4 bath floor plans for all students regardless of student status or age.
THE DETAILS
Built in 2019, each townhome is designed with students in mind; providing private locking bed & bathroom with a queen size bed, nightstand, and walk-in closet. The shared living room & kitchen you’ll find a couch, coffee table, & smart TV as well as a full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and pantry.
THE AMENITIES
The two-story townhome also supplies students with a washer/dryer on both the first and second floor of the townhome.
Outside, students will find grills, fire pits, and patio furniture.
